How do you change scroll rate Perma?

I'm interested in submitting a file for FFR. But the scroll rate is too low. And its difficult to hit all the notes without it seeming overstepped. (Look on my profile for a preview.)

Does anyone know how to alter this without changing the BPM? Like making it Perma X1.25?

FFR spreads the frames out so the chart is always moving at the same speed. So if you have 10 bpm 64ths, it will look the same as 160 bpm quarter notes, just with different colors.

Edit: If you're talking about in SM, click on the song and then press Enter again and it'll give you a bunch of options, you can change the rate there.
