ive sent in alot more that i think are much better than ViennaCore, and im looking forward to seeing the more recent ones in the game, but the wait to get them put into the game is what REALLY sucks....

i also think itd be cool if the simauthor could throw in a bid for a possible req to unlock the skill token (if its not gonna be public or w/e...)

like yesterday, i sent in Duality by KaW vs Smiley vs Inspector K
i think thatd be a nice skill token (if it gets accepted), making the req something like FC Take Me Back, then FC Destiny, then FC Tension, sequentially..... or something

I would be tramatized if my song got in the game and I couldn't earn it. .

It'd be nice to see it in-game, but you can still play it in SM.

Re: Giving stepfile creators the token for their song?

I think regular tokens should be given if the author wants it, I still have no idea how to get Fall lol (not like I've tried too hard).

Skill tokens I think the author should at least give an attempt, but if they don't have the skill then it should be given to them.

Either way I think it really should be the stepauthor's choice, they made the file, if they want to go through with the normal reqs they should have that option, if they don't then they should have the option of getting it for free.

What does that mean? We can just tell Tass we can't get it and he gives it to us?

Also, if the author doesn't care, then it really doesn't matter. Like, I'm sure hi19 could care less about having Otaku Speedvibe [Oni].
Actually, of all my songs that have become tokens, that's the one I want most. See, on FFR all I play is the hard songs, and seeing as there hasn't been a fun hard song since Rottel, I really want Otaku [Oni]

EDIT- FYI, Tass as been pretty clear to me that I'm never going to get to play it. Believe me, I've tried asking.

Then play them some more. Then, the day after the next, play them again. If you aren't already doing this, you can't say you're stuck. Plateauing doesn't really exist, if you aren't improving it means you haven't put in the effort needed to improve, or your effort has been misapplied. It's more of a problem at really high levels, but never totally concrete.

Otaku Oni is a special case. In just about every other instance, if the simfile author talks to me directly about an issue, I think we can work it out.
