i just got 2032 combo on MAX Forever, and my fingers just went numb all of a sudden. has this happened to anyone else on any songs?

Looks like you'll have to get back at it and see if you can beat that combo. If it happens again, I might consider seeing a doctor. Also, between songs that are hard on the hand, play easier ones. It keeps the blood flowing but calms your hand down.

My fingers cramp up all the time.

I don't think it's a health issue. Just an occasional momentary muscle thing... happens a lot on my first 1-5 songs of the day.

Then rest for a moment. Seriously, when your finger response starts slowing down, stop playing completely. You'll just make it worse if you keep on playing.

Make them follow an intensive training of FFR. That's what I did and now I can easily do Guru song without making my finger too exhausted. But be aware not play long time in a row, you can caugth a tendinitis by playing too much... just like me...
also, make than rest like 10 min each 1hour it can be good sometimes

No, mosquitoes are evil too. They bite, and I itch during the middle of a song, and I try to scratch, then I miss and lose like 2394 combo or whatever. I hate mosquitoes.
