Over the last 2 or three days ive noticed a significant decrease in my speed while playing FFR. Parts of songs that I can usually do no problem starting giving me a hard time and streams started to turn into me falling on the arrow keys. This decrease in ability lead me to try an experiment. I moved my keyboard from my desk's keyboard tray to the top of the desk and thus raised it up by about 6 inches. When I first tried it felt awkward but I got this lovely score so I continued:

After a few rounds i started to notice a drastic increase in speed. I finally managed to get my Nova Pulsar rank under 1000 even though i use index and suck at crossovers(actually I got 2 300 combos that were divided by the jacks). Other songs that I played actually gave me PA troubles because i was moving too fast on the streams that I was struggling to keep up with earlier in the day.
The results of this experiment make me want to ask two questions:
1- Does anyone pay attention to their posture while playing ffr?
2- Has anyone else actually experimented with different postures/stances to improve their ability and has any of these experiments been successful?(this is not referring to index/spread/one handed style. I will never abandon index evar)
