Well a few days ago, i was getting lots of new FC's, over 20 tier points in 5 days, and 13 or so AAAs. Now all of a sudden, I completely suck. I haven't re FCd any challenging+ and i haven't even came close to a new AAA. Any suggestions? Or will i just have to keep playing and playing and hope my skill returns.

Try going for songs that you wouldn't normally play. Everyone (including myself) has their slow moments in progressing in skill. It just makes improvement all that more savourable.
Don't ever let FFR get old for you. Do what you can to make each day different. You'll get results, but in the meantime don't let it get you down. XD -

Funny thing is, I tried playing again earlier, and I was doing terrible. I've never done as bad earlier as I ever have. It was even worse then when I first started playing FFR.

If it makes you feel any better, I've been playing on my laptop forever. Up untill recently, I've never had a lag problem (despite wireless, dsl, laptop, 5+ big games on it). Then recently, I've been having lag issues, and haven't been able to get a good score on anything. Ave-misses galore along with annoying misses I swear i hit.
Then, Last friday I AAA'ed like 7 new songs in 2 hours (see sig) on my parents computer. It was awesome.
Haven't really had a great day since then, But the time will come.
Guess what I'm trying to say is, If your having a bad day and you can't get a new AAA, try to re-get some old ones. Back when I was working on my One-handed PA, I AAA'ed snowflakes like 8 times in a row once just trying to work on PA.Last edited by DarkManticoreX2; 06-27-2007, 04:05 PM.AAA's = 800

For me it depends on my mood, the way i'm positioned, how much energy i have in my right hand (i play with one hand), and time of day. Also, if i'm too concentrated on the game I do worse then when I'm just playing and my mind is day dreaming.
It's weird.
I get my bad phases too. I'm in one now actually.
