Get a desk. Rofl.
But, if I were you, I'd definitely stretch between every 20 minutes of hardcore playing. Keeping your arms in that position while exerting high amounts of stamina will make you sore.

Okay. This is getting worse. I've tried sitting differently and everything.

I do so good. Like i'll play CIA rave v2 (with 1 hand) and I'll be getting all combos, but then suddenly my arm will start to hurt, and then it will start to feel like its burning and then I'll start missing arrows, and I'll end up screwing my score.

i rest my arms on my desk but that always happens especially on bb evo on even cia rave

The way to do it without autohotkey is <v86, but with autohotkey you can go crazy. A lot of people use askl, or zx,.
I personally like axml, but thats just me

bb evol is the only song that makes my hands hurt and i play probably the wierdest setup A(ring)D(index) 7numpad(index) 9numpad(ring)
