Stepmania ownz00rz this game! but ffr ain't bad

i love ddr, and i can do 10's no prob (usually get a C, never a b, and if i'm really tired, a D) and i can do 11's on stepmania.

If you don't know what stepmania is, then go to www.stepmania.com, you can get songs at bemanistyle.com, and believe me, there are 1000's (no, i'm not kidding)

FFR isn't bad, its just that stepmania is so much better, but hey, thats just my opinion.

I say (only if you have played both ffr and stepmania) we say our favorite of the two, and why.

I like stepmania better because its more like actuall ddr, seeing as how you can do things like solo, mirror, reverse, etc. also, i like it better because there are thousands if sings for it

and also, i'd like to say that for a flash, there is no word to describe how good it is, but still, i don't see why you'd play ffr instead of stepmania, its a good game, don't get me wrong, but my thought is, if your comp can run stepmania, and its gotta be pretty bad if it can't, why would you play ffr, and yes, i relize there is dwi, but come on, that things primitive to stepmania, no offense.

it cant compete with stepmania becuase its only a flash game. its not like a flight simulator or anything. and its on the internet. stepmania u have to download, so of course its gonna be better! and i play ffr when theres new songs and stuff

woha, i have never heard about stepmania before, that is why i downloaded it and have 380 something songs, thanks for informing me......and like everyone says ffr is a flash game on the internet, sm is a download so of course its going to be better.

FFR can't compete with SM simply because FFR is in flash SM is not. There will be no way any flash ddr clone will ever compete with another none-flash (sorry if that didnt make sense) FFR is in a class of it's own and so is SM. It's like comparing a SUV with a exotic car like ferrari, there's no possible chance the SUV is gonna win. (unless the car breaks down....which would be really sad)

yes but dwi can do a better job. flash has its limits. the only thing i like about dwi is the noteskins.

Uhm, yes it can, what the fuck are you talking about? I made my own noteskin and there's tons of other themes for Stepmania.

on 3.9 alpha 10 and 3.9 alpha 9? No they can't....i downloaded the noteskins you made but they didn't work...unless you are talking about 3.0 final

i was at my friends about a week ago and he had alpha 9 and i think he had a noteskin where the arrows instead of blinking the lights go from left to right (i think) im not sure any more but i know it wasnt an original noteskin from SM. it was all flashy n chromy lol.
