I've been a one hander for a long time but have reached my limit. I know I'm really not getting better by continuing one-handed because I can't be much faster. But I've never really tried two handed, so what style should I use?

Re: Switching to two-handed
I just use the arrow keys without much difficulty so I can play everywhere. SOmetimes spread though, even though my scores don't improve.Comment

Re: Switching to two-handed
i'm starting to use spread too but at the moment i play mostly index. Index just seems the most natural to me.

Re: Switching to two-handed
Lol I read your thread. Beautiful.
Anyway, it took me 4 days to switch and just play naturally. You can't get very far with just one hand. I play with the arrow keys and in songs with a lot of jumps I play spread.
I support using the Edit Button. You should too.Comment

Re: Switching to two-handed
Did you even read my post? Maybe a visual post may help.
YOUR LEFT HAND:

YOUR RIGHT HAND:

I know it's a little tricky to figure out at first, but you'll get it...and then you will be able to count by 2's!

Ok, I'm really confused. What is an index finger? And why did you draw balls on a picture of a keyboard?
Just kidding. Thanks for the help.

Re: Switching to two-handed
Learning spread is a pain in the *censored* to be perfectly honest. I started out playing Index (still do play that way) because it felt the most natural. I keep trying to move to spread though, seeing as I won't be able to nail a lot of songs playing index. Just a bit daunting though when your scores go WAY down in the transition. XDComment
