I was reading the last few comments on the news article about the Song of the Week, Summer -Speedy Mix-, when I noticed that Tasselfoot decided that after all the complaining that they're so hard to unlock (25k credits), all following Secret Songs will not be made public and just placed in the Secret section when ready. Do you agree?

The idea of having the secret song "secret" to the public doesn't seem very fun at all. I liked the fact that you posted up the name of it, since we can actually expect what it really might be (this one came from ITG, so it's familiar). I don't see why this is necessary to completely keep things so private when everyone is getting a kick of knowing it. There are plenty of complainers out there, yet how many actually voiced out? 131 minus some. Okay, there's like what, 1,000,000 registered members? Leave everything alone, because people should know better than to complain when they should actually be grateful about having 150+ songs already available. Even knowing the secret song's name is enough to be grateful about; the simfiles are bound to have it in there.
The thing about knowing what the song is and when it comes out, is the motivation it brings to continue playing FFR. How come there are SO many devoted members still here playing as we speak? Part of the reason is the secret songs. Something in our lives that we have clinged to FFR says, "Hey, don't you wanna play anymore?" All of the players who get this message get it because they aren't satisfied with playing FFR; there's something missing.
I've said plenty. I'm pretty sure no one will read it except the few who are kinda late in this. But, there is a voice out there, saying, "don't do that, Tass!" I still have 2700 creds after three years. I'm slow. I guess I need some motivation myself.
