I used the search feature and this hasn't been asked before.

It is a form of cheating, i got that.

It is looked down upon in the forums and MP chat, i got that.

Is it illegal? << i need this

Are there sites or boards that list their exact location? << i need this too

i just got 6 string combo before the actual visual arrows of CIA Rave popped up. I figured those out on my own, only used to show off to friends how smart i am and since i cant AAA cia rave, my score wont matter.

Do NOT use secret arrows. OK? Is that a good enough explanation for you? If you really need a threat to not use them... I will personally go through the database and look at all of your scores. If I see one that is over the max combo, I will delete every score you've ever done, take all your credits, and wipe your total score.

Is that a good enough threat for you?

once i was playing CIA Rave (on my friends account)

And i missed the very first note cuz i wasnt ready then i FC'd the rest of the song... but it had the max combo anyway... what should have been a boo i hit a secret note... isnt that nifty <.<

Also, they don't have "exact locations", it's a glitch in the game, they aren't "secret" arrows that are there to help you...
