Obviously you need more sleep. Play in a well-lit area and that should help too.

That's just the thing, I get plenty of sleep. I get about eight or nine hours, yet I'm still tired. I think I'm just gonna work on FCing, PAing, and AAAing some morderately difficult songs. Its not as bad now though. You guys' suggestions helped, I FC'd Alpha Helix with about 27 goods, and the rest perfects. No boos. I guess that's good for a newcomer.
