I just started learning the 2 handed method. It seems very nearly impossible. Are there any top 1000 players who use only one hand?

I think rank on FFR is only based on overall total score.

You're right...
I guess there's no way to tell then.
But some songs simply can't be FC'd with one hand, right?

Why not? You have five fingers in one hand and even if you don't
it is still possible to press multiple arrows with just one finger.
So all you need is two fingers and you can AAA every song
if you are good enough.

Wrong, there are some songs that can be barely passed by best 4 finger players. And you are saying that "any" song can be AAAd if you are good enough? with just 2 fingers? lol, maybe when we enter the cybernetic age with cybernetic wrist implants to overcome the physical lack, might be able to AAA current stuff.
