FFR Tournament: Round 7, Advanced and Beginner Finals

It's Round 7, and we're nearing the end of the tournament. The finals of the Beginner and Advanced divisions are this week--next week will conclude the tournament with the Expert finals. This round ends on Tuesday, November 7th, at 11 PM.

Because this is a finals round, format will be a tad different. Rules are the same, of course.

    Expert

This match will determine who gets to face off against #1 seed and winner's bracket champion Bahamut-X for the championship of the highest division. The two competitors have each lost once--but they still have a chance, and whichever does better at this week's song, the age-old classic stream song Caprice*, will be in the running for that $100 grand prize.

    (1) Bahamut-X waits

    Advanced:

After battling through the other 46 division competitors, it's #1 seed Darkshark and the unseeded Akorn that have come out on top of the Advanced division, each being undefeated up to this point. But only one can remain undefeated, and win the $80 prize that comes with the Advanced title--and soon, we'll find out which.

Darkshark and Akorn will play Klung Kung this week to determine the champion. Should they tie on Klung Kung, they'll play End Night as a tiebreaker.

    (1) darkshark (No score)
    vs
    akorn (Submitted)

Good luck to both of you.

    Beginner:

Beginners had a rather daunting task in front of them from the start--to get through the 127 others in the division must have seemed almost impossible. However, Dsadsadsa and HansSky have managed to beat the competition and emerge as finalists of the Beginner division. Again, only one can win the title and $70 prize--and it'll be the player who sends me the best score on Thinking Different, or, should they happen to tie on that, the marathon secret song MAX Forever.

    (7) HansSky (Submitted)

Again, good luck to both of you.

    Round 6 results:

Results from the previous round. You'd better know how the scoring works by now.

*no tiebreaker because they won't tie. If they do...omw.

Kind of funny, really. Me and hans met in the first round, and we both beat the two that everyone THOUGHT was going to win in the same round. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU, HANS.

Winners: Bahamut, Akorn, Hans. I'm pretty sure this is right judging on their past scores.

Good Luck on this one too, I hope you beat Hans but I'm pretty sure he's gonna win it.
