it just means your banned for 24 hours....i got this message when i spamed in my chat thingy in my profile with no one there.

If you're banned from profile chat, Metrivia, or FFR MP, you're also banned from the others. Bans last 24 hours.

Will: no, he wasn't. don't care who your friend was. ALL bans are 24 hours. it is possible he was banned for 24 hours, came back, and was immediately banned again....
