Will it also be on the xqsite mirror? I noticed that it isn't always updated when i saw there was a contest earlier tonight on ffr, but not on xqsite.

News post might not be on xqsite, but most of the tournament will be conducted from the forum anyway.

By the way, some input from you guys on this would be nice: How should I handle ties?

I was thinking of having a "tiebreaker" song announced right at the beginning of a round along with the main one, and if both players submit an AAA on a song, I'll put *AAA TIE--PLAY TIEBREAKER* next to their names in the thread to alert them to play the tiebreaker song. If they somehow tie with less than an AAA I'll put *UNDER AAA TIE--PLAY TIEBREAKER OR IMPROVE SCORE* since I'll be letting people submit improvements, so they can play the tiebreaker if they don't think either player will improve the tied score.

The tiebreaker will always be something I really, really don't think two people will tie on (like OMW, or Nova Pulser, or 100 Bar Blackout) so ties on the tiebreaker shouldn't be a problem. If by some freak chance there is a tie on the tiebreaker, I'll just flip a coin (don't want to hold up the round).

Yep! Only one thing: Can the tie breakers NOT be from secret? I only have 3000 credits.

For Beginner and Advanced, I won't expect you to have some of the later secrets and purchased songs, and won't pick them (aka no Wily V2).

Anyone in Expert should have every song unlocked anyway.

Note that songs will not be random, I will be hand-picking them each week.
