2. if it is obvious that someone has a aaa on a song, then we'd expect a pic for the tourney to have it show 1/1 for the old and new rank on the song. which would signify a new AAA.


the other way to do it would be to have the clock with time and date in the photo. that is how we did it, required, in the ffr leagues.

I will be noting every player's score on the chosen song before the round starts. If someone posts an old score, I'll know.

And I really think there should be two divisions of advanced, because if AAAing Breaking The Common is enough to get advanced, then, well, people who are at around that level are going to get pwnt out of the way in the first round by people like Tass, Jonieboy, me, etc. etc. I think that there should be two sections of advanced where one has the people who are just barely out of beginner and the people who are close to being advanced. The two sections would use the same songs and everything, but still be seperate.

Sorry for babbling, but I'm too tired to make sense lol marching band takes a lot out of me. I hope everyone gets what I'm trying to say. Or one person does and they can explain it to everyone else lol

Wow just saw this thread, I never go into FFR general talk.

Uh from what I read so far it seems like there's not many people in expert, if any. I think I'll compete in expert, if more people sign up for it.

By the way, don't you DARE pick balloon fever for a song, I will NOT take the time to AAA that gay **** again.

16 people in Expert if enough people sign up.

It'll be double elimination, so 7 rounds of play.

Songs are handpicked by me, and I haven't decided which ones to use yet...I may or may not use Balloon Fever at some point.

And there will be three divisions. There are going to be players near the bottom of each division, that's just how it has to work...there's such a wide range of skill levels in FFR that to really make it even for everyone I'd need as many as 12 divisions, and that's just not happening.

p.s. Baha if you play, you'll get seed #1 in Expert.

how hard would it be for synth to code in something so that the background of FFR changes to a different color scheme while the tournament is running, to eunsure authentic pictures?

Considering that Dore somehow has black unintentionally I don't think it would be too much. I could be wrong though.

It doesn't matter really, since levelrank.php can easily tell me whether a submitted screenshot is legit or not.
