Hey. I was just playing Stepmania and I was thinking "I wish I could Do A tournament..If it was a free-age one I'd get my ass owned by 17 year olds.What about if I make an ffr one?"

Uh, age has almost nothing to do with FFR/SM ability. Just ban people who've been playing longer than a particular length of time or something.
