Ok need opinions..
This extra point system is going to get really ugly. I would erase everything here, and start from scratch, with a new ranking system, which will work, but I would need
1.) Access to levelrank.php.
2.) Alot of opinions.
3.) Alot of time.
The easier but more vigorous-
Create four standard rankings for each song in the game. For example:
CIA Rave:
AAA= 4 points.
FC Under 5 goods= 3 points.
FC Under 10 goods= 2 points.
FC Under 25 goods= 1 point.
Just using those as examples, a list of about 70 songs I would say would be needed to use as a "general set" to categorize people into tiers based off of points.
For example: 70 songs x 4 points (maximum)= 280 points maximum overall
70 songs x 3 points (maximum)= 210 points
70 songs x 2 points (maximum)= 140 points
70 songs x 1 point(s)(maximum)= 70 points
The current requirements:
23/31 songs for tier one would change. I would make it even numbers, and possibly change the requirements around for all tiers (more lenient, with the exception of tier 1)
The way I would configure requirements for points for a tier would be basically the same as before..
Let's say it was 23/30 songs, in order to get into tier one, someone would need 214 points.
If tier two was 15/25 songs, in order to get into tier two, someone would need 126 points.
If tier three was 10/20 songs, in order to get into tier three, someone would need 70 points
If tier four was 5/10 songs, in order to get into tier four, someone would need 35 points.
The songs would be chosen by you guys and myself this way it is reasonable. The amount of songs should be somewhere near 60-80 songs, ranging in difficulties; alot like the one we have now. The only thing that is going to be tiring is looking through those 70 songs or whatever and calculating everyones total. This would also establish a way to rank people in a tier, rather than just deciding by certain scores.
Any suggestions? Comments? Ideas?

This is what it would mean there is a 45 song list:
4 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 180 points
3 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 135 points
2 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 90 points
1 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 45 points
So:
Tier Four: At least 30 points.
Tier Three: At least 80 points.
Tier Two: At least 130 points.
Tier One: All 180 points and 7/10 Tier One requirements.
Point totals and the song list may alter due to Songs of the Week, but that will be changed when the time comes. As for placing people, and calculating their points, I probably would need some help.

You must meet 7/10 of these:

-If someone were to obtain one of the Tier One scores in a tier other than tier two, it would be counted as an extra 5 points to their total.
-If someone were to obtain any score that is above the tier that they are currently ranked in, it would be counted as an extra 2 points to their point total.
This is what it would mean there is a 45 song list:
4 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 180 points
3 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 135 points
2 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 90 points
1 points x 45 songs = a maximum of 45 points
So:
Tier Four: At least 30 points.
Tier Three: At least 80 points.
Tier Two: At least 130 points.
Tier One: All 180 points and 7/10 Tier One requirements.
Point totals and the song list may alter due to Songs of the Week, but that will be changed when the time comes. As for placing people, and calculating their points, I probably would need some help.
