I love how it's all serious so you're like "Oh noes I'm in trouble!" but then it's okay because you see he's nice and sends you on your way with a smile and a cheers!

Do the arrows look like R1 or R2? Because for some reason I really can't hit the thin R2 arrows, and that's my problem with SM. For me, it's just impossible, but for some reason I'm really good at R1.

Oh and, what are those 4 songs included? And can I download more into it?
      It's harder isn't it =)
You have to get better so you can hit the arrows in the thinner window. Just keep playing and you'll get better. It will help your perfect to good ratio in FFR a lot too. It's not impossible. It's just harder. You'll get better in no time. You've clearly been spoiled by FFR's large arrow window.

If you're unable to get FFR/SM onto a floppy for your trip, may I reccomend, "Nethack"? I've heard great things about it, including how long it is, how addictive it is, and how high the overall quality of the game (not graphics) is.

I think it feels like in R1 the offset of where you need to hit the arrows is a litttle different than sm. Like after playing sm for eight hours straight my accuracy was terrible in R1. Someone with better understanding of how it all works, please correct me on this if need be.

As far as putting FFR on a portable medium, an obvious solution would be to use usb device if you have one.

There are also ways to remotely access applications over ssh if you have an internet connection, although I'm not sure how this would work for something like FFR.

Okay, I have 1 hour of internet access here, so I just wanted to say that I got SM and made myself a couple stepfiles so I'm not bored anymore. After I post this I'm gonna go download some stepfiles. Cya.

I thought that that guy's point with party4u was the flash file that went with it, not just the song. Not like that would have an impact, but whatever.
