if your computer has an obsenely high amount of lag, moreso than it did when you first got it, or you have a high amount of pop-ups you might wanna consider going to (if you have windows) start -> run -> type in msconfig and shut down all of the excess programs that start when you start up your comp...if that doesn't work then just burn all the important data you have on cds (if you can) and reformat it

It just gets an occasional pop-up, sometimes the sound just decideds to go away until i restart my computer. and it occasionaly annoys me by sayign there's no cd in computer even though there is. other than that it's good.
