perhaps you could link us to a few examples? do you mean threads that have survived for months and months like Psychopath or MapleStory? Or just certain forums that aren't very active and therefore have threads from a few months ago near the top.

In either case, my personal opinion is that you're wrong. I'm too lazy to explain why though, and honestly, your opinion just isn't really important.

Also, myself and the other mods are too busy to take the time and lock all old threads and/or move them to The Dead Zone.

paintedsilhouette, you have a problem. Sure, there are postwhores, but alot of the people here post FOR A PURPOSE. Plus, you DO NOT HAVE THE POWER to talk off Tass. Only LD and Synth do (OMG SPOILER).

If you find another forum as active as this one, you'll probably find it just the same as this one; filled with idiots and postwhores. Enjoy.

Actually alot as changed. Before, the forum was PhpBb. Now its vBulletin. Also, if you play FFR, TONS changed in that game, but I don't see why it wouldn't =P.

Anyways, I don't wanna start a fight either. I'm just putting out a point that really it would take alot of work to get rid of alot of old threads. If you look at latter pages you can see threads as old as 2002.

Trust me, FFR has been around longer than you think it has been.

i realize there is an ammense amount of work regarding upkeep of the forums,.... but i belive i already mentioned that i was not talking about the average thread.... i am talking about stickies that dont have a point / purpose execpt for post whores to abuse their typing cappabilities. i just want people to talkabout different things.
