So it's August 31st 2005 and Schrammbledeggs is excited because he just ordered a wonderful FFR shirt and had just PayPal'd his $19 for it. Fast track to late December 2005. Schrammbledeggs has still not received his shirt and asks Reach for lightdarkness's screen name so he can inquire about the whereabouts of his shirt. Schrammbledeggs IM's lightdarkness and lightdarkness says he'll look into it. No word from him for a few days and I give him some leeway since I realize he's probably a little busy with other matters. I talk to him every Friday for awhile asking where the new song is and I quickly get a response IM every time saying there isn't one. However, when I reinquire about my shirt NO RESPONSE. FANCY THAT! The next week or so is chockful of IM's from me to lightdarkness (at least 1-3 times per day) asking "Hey ld...where's my shirt/money back?" and no response anytime until miraculously one day lightdarkness responds saying "I'm not ignoring you...I'm gonna check on it for you and you'll get a response back in two days." This was at least 3-4 weeks ago. In conclusion, I'd just like to inform everyone on FFR boards that while I realize that people can be busy you can't treat customers like this and ld if you read this you have 3 more days before your time is up and I talk to my lawyer about my legal options.

RE: an AMAZING true story
A lot of people haven't receieved their shirts from what I have told. Something about a delay in the 2nd batch, I don't know. LD is a busy person, he has a job other than this computer, give him a break. I'm sure FFR and the staff isn't out to get you. -
RE: an AMAZING true story
I'll probably just do everything through PayPal. It isn't even really about how I haven't gotten my shirt yet. I realize people are busy. It's just that ld is on AIM all the time and is never idle and with 1-3 messages from me a day for weeks I don't think it's too much to ask for to spend 30 seconds writing a reply. At least I'm not Mike Lean.

RE: an AMAZING true story
I heard some people saying some stuff in one of the threads around here about how most of them didn't get their stuff either. Don't flip out because you didn't get your merchandise. You could get a refund, but an awesome shirt like that is surely worth the wait.

I was just really freaked out that there was a female pedophile after me, so I tend to lose it. I just put a buddylist block on my screen name, so I should be safe. However, I hate buddylist block.

Yea it does sound familiar. Except PayPal only investigates claims of transactions within 45 days of the original transaction. If you know how to read, you would notice I ordered on August 31 and furthermore you would have known that policy. And since the only person who could help me won't respond to my IM's refund isn't an option. So bite me.At least I'm not Mike Lean.

RE: Re: RE: an AMAZING true story
LD, from what I hear, has no power over the shirts. It's all Synth.
Hey if I was LD I would move my ass to get something working out because I would know there is a ton of people out there wanting their t-shirts.Comment

Thank you...like I said before it's not even really about the money it's mainly about lack of customer service. At least I'm not Mike Lean.

You're not the only one. I was definitely in the first batch of shirts considering I ordered mine THE DAY they came out. That was last August. It's February, I still haven't gotten mine. I ordered 30 dollars or so worth of stuff, so yeah. This is bullshit.

Good luck suing a website that has no contractual obligation to help you out.I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.Comment
