    I know this makes me sound annoying but here...

    He's been calling people bad names and cursing in almost every post. He even tried to avoid the swear filter.

      Again, the best way to report a user is the report tool within Multiplayer Stats

              Rules are meaningless unless they are enforced. While his method of reporting an abuse may not have been the best, the intent is admirable.
