Captain Jack Petition revisited

Well since the other thread was locked, I guess I should explain a little better in a new thread:

What I meant was that we should attempt to find who has the legal rights to Captain Jack's songs and request permission to permanently have the tribute to Captain Jack on FFR. Lacking them just giving us permission, is there any FFR budget we would be able to spend on acquiring the right to have that song on FFR?

We contacted his record company quite some time ago to seek permission, with no reply.

Days after he died isn't the right time to seek permission. It's just disrepsectful. Please don't recreate another thread.
