Banned from accessing PM's? WTF

Ok well I got a popup saying that I had a new PM. I clicked the Inbox link and it threw a big fat "403 FORBIDDEN" in my face.

Uhh...sh!t?

I tried a few times but still can't access my inbox. I never sent any offensive PM's. Did someone hack me?
