Does the animation annoy anyone else?

The animation you get for a perfect is really annoying to me, it gets in the way the arrows sometimes, and since the color is so close to the color of the arrows, I find myself messing up on a lot of easy places. I personally liked the old way better. The good, average, boo, and miss are fine, but the perfect gets too big and it gets in the way for me. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm having no problems with it at all. I think it looks a little bit better, but then, it's not like I look at that area of the screen while playing.

It was a tad surprising at first...but like everyone said...it looks better once you get used to it...i no longer have any problems w/ it

I must admit, I'm having a problem with it now.. when your combo gets 100+ on the harder songs, it can be reallyreally hard to see the arrows over those big blue numbers, which can be a problem when there's loads of arrows coming up. It kinda ends up like an unintentional 'sudden' mode as you don't really notice the arrows until they're near the very top!

It's never bothered me and I've FC'd 450+ note songs since the animation started . It's cool on Hayclo (or whatever) because it goes like EXACTLY with the music.

It could be your playing style too, depending on where on the screen you look at. Where I look at on the screen, the animations don't bother me at all. I too am fc-ing 400+ arrowed songs without problems.
