FFR is starting to really piss me off!!

Whats up with all these news songs coming out. How bout making one where you dont need to be a master to pass. Seriously, I been a member for a while and im not that bad, but all these great new songs are very hard.. Not fair..

Also, some Authors who rate the difficulty of their songs are lost in deep space 9. Half the songs on FFR arnt graded correctly. Pretty sure i aint the first to complain bout this but its getting on my nerves..

If you can't pass the new ones, then practice. I think LD is trying to change the difficulty levels on some of the songs.

We have to release songs that are challenging to keep players here and trying to strive to pass the harder songs.

We know the difficulty system isn't exactly right, and it is going to be revised very soon.

Pretty much what LD said is most active people that give feedback prefer hard songs, and thus that is what we get. We do not look for songs that bore us where 30 people get all perfects on it in the first day.

Ive got a neat idea for FFR. Make it so that the easiest songs in the categories are towards the top, then get harder towards the bottom and other pages. Like For beginneres--> easy-->etc..etc...etc...-->for masters/guru's only.

Also, make some more stepfiles like SMB 8Bit Eighties(remix) kinda files for the newbs so that they will want to stay here at FFR. After all, I thought that just one easy song like that wasnt fair, and that you had to go to the Arcade section to find it.

These are only thoughts, but try to reflect on them.

We are definately concerned about creating new songs that are easy. It is tough situation because we must try and cater to all groups and levels.

Fox, if you keep practicing you WILL get better, honestly if youve been here for 2 and a half years, you would think youd be able to do those "hard" songs. Maybe you just came back to ffr, but there are plenty of easy songs, so you really shouldnt be complaining.

Yes, all you need to do is practice man. I am a pretty sucky player and I find the new releases a good little challenge but not only "masters" can pass them. Seriously don't stick with the same songs, move up to harder songs that you think you can barely do and practice up. Seriously it'll come easier.

First off, you must realise most of the people good enough to make quality steps prefer hard ones. Its just that simple.

Though, There have been several middle of the road stepfiles released, and there will be from here on. I don't see what the big deal is, most people grow out of the easy stepfiles within their first month anyway. Harder stepfiles must be released if you want the vets of the game to stick around and enjoy it. Without them the game most likely wouldn't be as good as it is now.

I think having so many new songs is great. Even though i can't really do most of them very well yet, it is nice to know that people are working so hard so we can enjoy ourselves!
I love Snowflakes, is really cool song so thaks for that one definitly.
Keep up the good work guys, it is a really great site with an awsome community and i am sure many others like me are very grateful.

All songs should be stepped to their potential and nothing less. That doesn't mean making it any harder than it should be.

It's like putting 4th notes the whole time on a song like Hell Beat.

Every now and then, there will be slow, easy music that someone will step that way and it will be put on FFR.

That's how it should be.
