    Does anyone no why I can't transfer game credits?

    I'm trying to transfer some credit's to another player but It keeps saying transfer failed. I looked in the faq but didn't find anything. Can someone at least point me in the right direction?
    I am not allowed to be happy for more than a half an hour. Otherwise strange things can happen.

          Damn that was fast!
