    I'm hating this so hardcore

Ever be playing Stepmania or FFR and GET AN ITCH??

I don't mean just a slight itch, but a BURNING DESIRE to itch yourself. I mean you'd probably feel better if someone hit you in the face with a baseball bat than try to resist it. I mean the PAIN to the point you're CRYING, yet, you're FCing the song for the first time and you just can't quit?

Choice 1: try to take it and die from not itching it
Choice 2: forget about the song

but how can you forget when your fingers just seem to be hitting that Magnificent every time? When the song seems easier than it was yesterday and when you think today is going to be the day you get the highest score you've ever gotten...

    I hate both choices
Does it happen to you? How do you deal with it?

    RE: I

I stop, itch it, Keep playing. You act like quitting a song is the end of your life.

      RE: I

I ignore it. You must not have any willpower if you need to itch that bad.

        RE: I

Itches aren't bad, it's when your mother or brother are trying to talk to you with your headphones on that things get hairy. But ending a song isn't the end of my life, but it is quite annoying if I'm near the end of FC'ing a song.

I thought it was you have an itch..and you scratch it..

Not you have an itch and you itch it.. <_< Maybe I'm wrong.

Anyways, learn to play with one hand..and be able to switch midway through the song. Just play with one hand..and "itch" with the other.. (And this is possible, I can easily AAA a bunch of songs doing this.. :P)
          What?

I never learned to play two-handed. I can't beat Expert/Master songs without having a seizure focused entirely in my fight hand.
Balloon Fever is beautiful and natural.

              hmm... which would I do?

I choose neither: I'd continue play as normal while scratching with my left hand. Onehanded play wins hands down for this reason alone. Also, it's funner because it's harder.

If I get an itch, really I just scratch it. I mean, it's not like your scores are being monitered. Just itch it and do the song again.

I play 2-handed, and for all you 2-handers out there, here's what I do:

                  1. Temporarily play one handed and use your other hand to scratch the itch- try to do it when there's a slow part in the song where there are no notes or barely any, and scratch away.

I find this method very effective and easy.

i dont have to, cause i play 1 handed. mwahahaha...
but if i did, play 2 handed, i would scratch the itch if i wasn't in an ffr chalenge or anything that was recorded.

I got an itch during an FFR challenge. I was sad ((((999

But try this next time: when you get an itch, don't scratch it for 3 minutes. You'll go crazy.

                      I can't play one handed...

Yeah, just use your hand or ask the nearest person/animal to scratch it for you.
