All songs 'Not Available'

I started playing yesterday and everything worked fine. Today I'm over at my friends house, and whenever the FFR engine loads up, I'll click on a genre of music, and all the songs will say 'Not Available'. It wasn't like this yesterday...what's wrong?

That means you've got negative credits.
and the only solution for playing the game is to create a new account now.

I have 242 credits, I'm pretty sure that's not a negative number.

make sure you aren't on the "M" at the upper right. use one of the traditional methods, not multiplayer.
