I use 40 FPS on 1.3.1 hybrid right now so I don't know if there's a lock but are you talking about "coke lines" on the PA graph?

"Coke lines"? No, sometimes when Im playing and trying to read a hard section sometimes it feels like the game starts running around 30 FPS, it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem and I can't seem to fix it. Also, hybrid?

Yeah if you go to the download section you can download either 1.3.1 regular, or 1.3.1 hybrid. I think the choppiness you're talking about is the coke lines thing.

When you go to the results screen and find the PA screen, the hits will tend to hover around the same frame/millisecond window because of choppiness like that. I can't find exactly where it is but there's a guide somewhere that shows roughly how to try to fix this kinda thing lemme see if I can find it

so I downloaded the hybrid version and it seems to fix the low framerate that I got, thanks! just so you know, i have my framerate on 200.
