What game is "One Last Battle" from?

It is in the arcade section, and sounds very familair to me, but I just dont know where it is from.

Mega man... 2 or 3 on the second to last level I believe. Which is kind of odd, because it sounded really familier to me to but I don't even own those games =/.

Actually, it's Stages 3 and 4. The last two were 5 and 6 and they had that creepy music.

Yeah, just got MMAC. It's the last two normal levels (The one with the 8 masters and one before it) on MM3.

The other Mega Man song in FFR (Wily's something) is from the first two or three levels of wily's castle in MM2.
