Every song or just that one? If it's just that song maybe you pressed f11, f12, f4 etc ingame to change the offset of the song, in that case you'd have to either fix it in DDReam or something or redownload it, randomly I have maid of fire in my dropbox so https://www.dropbox.com/s/b7dcqnrz4e...0Fire.zip?dl=0
If it's for every song, maybe you messed up the visual delay? it's in the graphics options in stepmania:
