              An "official" event can't be hosted without staff consent.

              Events are not on a need-to-know basis, but I can at least say that there was content for something like this that was just short of complete for Halloween. Content would need to be changed to be relevant for this month.

              Locking thread because there's nothing to really discuss beyond that.
