Why was this song name changed?

It originally was something beginning with K with some numbers.

I noticed the file was missing like a month ago but realised after going to Dossars profile and checking his stepped songs, that the name was actually changed.

Why? And why didn't anyone say anything lol? Are there anymore files that this has happened to?
