As the Title says, I will attempt to get 1 billion grant total in the next 24 hours. I will probably just be playing VS Boss battle so I will probably get carpel tunnel in my knuckles and arthritis in my wrists. I highly recommend either streaming or doing it while talking to friends in a Skype call. Otherwise you will get rather bored, rapidly. good luck to you man! I just got 500m for Dendrite v2 and that was kinda tough! You can do this though

Stress: hydration, socialization (Skype, as dell said) and taking breaks.

Even like a minute or two every half hour to self-massage yourself hands and stay warm and relaxed is very useful.
I do that when practicing piano for hours and it's wonderful.

Ouchies this hurts >.< And instead of skype because none of my fcriends are up this late, im listening to a playlist of t+pazolite's hardcore speedcore and extreme music that puts me in the mashing mood.

Goodluck with getting 1 bil! I regret doing this a long time ago for vrofl since I've now gotten vrofl 3 other different ways heh >_>

It looks like it'd be a lot easier to do now with some of the new songs. I didn't have VS Boss Battle back then and just whored System Failure instead :/
