I've been gone a loooong time. But on certain songs I keep FC'ing them with as little as 2 and 3 goods (Namely End Night and Delirium) and they won't show as FC'd for me in the song list ... Is this because I missed the stupid last key in them on an AAA or what? Lol ... The game seems to function much better now tho!

End Night has the Full Combo asterisk in your level ranks, so that should be added to your FC total. Delirium doesn't but it looks like your previous best was a BF achieved sometime prior to levelranks existing or properly keeping records.
Try to BF Delirium again (or AAA) and see if the score is overwritten? Otherwise you might need an admin to manually edit scores for songs giving you this problem.
