New thread topic, swap Revo and CP with their token counterparts, i.e. v2s become public and v1s become tokens. Yay or nay? Or just CP?

but really. I think legacy files should be preserved but well hidden. this idea seems perfect.

You've already banished the Legacy files as they aren't up to the standard of files in FFR. If anything, Revolutionary Etude should be left untouched. You'd make them play a *better* file to unlock an already-identified-as low-quality file? I thought most tokens were rewards.

As for Crowdpleaser, it's kinda up in the air. The only bad part of that file is the mega-trill much like the only bad part of Runny Morning is the mega jack/runningman. You've already discussed moving Crowdpleaser to Legacy, so that might just be the easiest fix. Although, Crowdpleaser isn't Blue Note Syndromed, so it doesn't fit in perfectly.

The voices of the many will undoubtedly outweigh the voices of the few, as it well should be. I just hope this mass token exchange doesn't overstep it's boundaries.

I say yes, but dont call them V1 and V2, if the older files end up being made tokens, label them as something like Crowdpleaser[Classic]/Revo[Classic] while leaving the other two with their normal names. Just label the token songs something that puts it out there you are unlocking the older chart.

Both just need to be tokens, revo just being a mess for scoring altogether, and CP to not have to deal with people cheating that trill with DS/overlay.

Revo would be renamed Revolutionary Etude [Legacy], need to confirm the would-be name for CP with bmah/jx.
