TB Event - TB All-Stars Simfile Collaboration

First off, we are very much drawing this idea upon the "FFR All-Stars" so the credit for this idea is very much to them.

And we need some background for this then. Tenimuhou is a chart by the collaborated effort of the "FFR All-Stars" that was used in the 7th FFR Official Tournament for Division 4 as their final round. This chart was extremely well received by most of the community. Even Middie couldn't think of a single bad thing about it. That's how memorable this chart is.

Our goal is to accomplish the same.

Now that you know a smidgen of the background, I'll move onto what you want to know.

Before I go in depth of the project details this needs to be stated

WHAT THE HECK ARE WE DOING?

We're going to have a team stepchart collaboration. But the issue is, we need to find a widely agreeable song, and we need people who are willing to chart it.

That is where you all come in.

What we need:

1. Song Suggestions.
- We need to be able to get it into the FFR game, so we need to have permissions for it. Click here to view the permissions list.

2. Steppers.
- We want to try and include as many as possible.
- This option is open for anyone and everyone on the team officially. Even if you have no know how, someone can be assigned to work with you and assist you. Do not be afraid to ask to be part of the project if you don't have a clue what to do.

3. You need to be aware that when this chart is sent in, it does count as .5 of a submission, so you need to be weary of your own submission cap. I will personally be PMing all the contributors when this chart goes into the batch so they can prepare their charts accordingly.

How to apply to be a stepartist / where to send your song suggestions.

ALL song suggestions and requests to be part of the project must be sent via a personal message to Xx{Midnight}xX as he will be heading the project.
Yes that is sized up so you can't miss it.

Why are we keeping the song / steppers a secret?

We want this to be a surprise to the users outside of the event. "Wow" factor is a huge part of this project, and thus if you wish to partake, you need to keep the details under-wraps. If you don't, I will delete your section and remove you from access to anything related to this. I will not be lenient about this either. You get once chance. Don't waste it.

Just a reminder to please send in suggestions if you wish to partake in the Simfile all stars event, and to notify me if you wish to partake as a stepper.

I've set up a chat room for all the discussion for this as well.

I'd like to set the due date for suggestions to be December 27th so we can get this rolling.

I'm pretty much taking the first 10 or so suggestions. If 10 are not provided, I will find enough to fill the gap.

We'll be choosing the song to chart by majority vote. We'll be going from 10 charts or so down to 5 and then to the one we as a group want to chart.

Edit: Also, I'm not going to be a mod for the Team anymore. It looks bad on everyone to have me as a figure head with power. I'm stepping down from that. But unless Ben decides to put in someone else as the thread manager I'll still do that much, but it like I said is a bad image for the team if I'm a mod.

Just to let everyone know, I'm starting to review the mod applications For those of you that missed the deadline on Christmas, I'll allow any last minute applications up until midnight of new years (server time). Please be aware that if you do this, I'll be taking into the fact that you submitted your app late when reviewing your application.
