Nah. Why should he have to wait until someone else gets around to updating the list. I see no reason logically or in the rules that someone has to wait until they are on the list.

edit: normally I would get different backgrounds for different people, but since some people have the same pokemon, I got different backgrounds from the same authors. If you guys would like different backgrounds, I could always change them.

Did all changes up to this point. Also, I'm collecting every banner image created so far...I currently have 79 images. I'll find a way to post them all somehow. We have so many that I'm actually pretty confident every single team member could end up getting one at this point, haha. I'd love to see that actually!

(and if someone's insane enough, check out All_That_Chaz's super ambitious suggestion of having a banner for every Pokemon haha....)

edit: updated my post to include Fluvs new pokemon and banner. Need to get around to collecting the 50 pages of pokemon to super-compile into my post, unless bmah plans to do it soon.
imo I think it would be easier just for me to do it because I have half of the work already done, just need to cross people off, but I can see from bmah's pov why he wants to do it.
