By advanced battle tactics, we're talking about EV training, max IVs, competitive battling, etc.

in PO you don't have to about EV training. It's mostly strategy and such. I think I've finalized my team. I just need one more sweeper.

My coworker used to have a killer team:

6 blissey's with max hp(around like 800)

each ones skill list was:
Ice beam
Soft boiled
Toxic
Minimize
