FFR The Game lag.

I'm getting weird FPS lag that i usually don't get while I'm playing a song . I have my quality on low and i have no programs open that would be interfering with it. Anyone else getting this?

Do you use the standalone? If not, get it from here: http://zebulonhollus.zxq.net/

Do you have Windows 7? Turn off the Aero theme.

I have windows 7. How would i turn off Aero Theme?
