If I remember correctly, it uses parts from the final battle themes from Final Fantasys IV, V, VII, and IX.

Actually, it's all from Final Fantasy IV. From what I can remember the order is "Red Wings Over Baron", "Battle", "Battle With the Four Fiends", "Dungeon", "Boss Battle", "Fanfare", and finishes with "Battle vs. Zeromus".

You know what's helpful that not everyone is doing is to list not only the origins but the original song name. For example, you can say that Mario Minor came from Super Mario Bros., but what song/stage/theme did it derive from? I know it's a bit more work, but it would definitely make this list more comprehensive.

        FFR Song: Zelda Stormy
Origin: Legend of Zelda games (I know it was in Oceania of time but not sure if it was in any earlier games.) remix of "Song of Storms."

        FFR Song: Epilogue
        Origin: Darkshark posted This thread.

@ the UNkown girl post: Yes the original composer was Zun.

        FFR song: MAX Forever
Origin: It's a medley of songs with DM Ashura using his own sounds and bits from songs in the DDR games. Songs/sound clips that are used are (in no particular order): Max Unlimited, Max 300, Afronova, Paranoia (many of the versions of this song contain the same sound clip modified multiple ways), Sakura, Healing D-Vision, Dynamite Rave (not sure on this one, kinda iffy on the sound), and Legend of Max.

          Just what came to mind:

"Keep It Short" is a remix of "Your Name Please" from Mother 2/EarthBound

"Chrome Gadget Zone 8bit mix" is a remix of the Chrome Gadget music from Sonic 3

"Toxic" is a remix of Britney Spears's "Toxic"

"300" uses samples of Rick Tonic's "Everybody (We Are Loud)"

"Epidermis" uses samples of Siouxsie & The Banshees' "Skin" and Drexciya's "Triangular Hydrogen Strain"

I'd just like to add for Monstrous Turtles! that the base track is used while going through Bowser's castle, too. So it's a legit castle theme instead of sub-castle.
