Because you made a post that didn't qualify, and then later edited your post without notice. For future reference (goes for everyone else too), please do not bother making a post if it doesn't even meet any requirements for support tokens.
Anyways, you have both Tell v3 and Coactive tokens now.

Indeed, I found it pretty strange, so I checked his scores for anything suspicious...but that wasn't the case it seemed.

Unfortunately it does not. The screenshot should have the timestamp representing FFR's Central Time clock, not your own computer's clock.
Secondly, this hasn't been clarified yet, but the requirements in this thread applies only to conditions met after this thread was made. Your endeavors have to be more recent. This follows a similar logic in which St. Scarhand's skill token requirement was changed a few years ago, but conditions for getting the token could not be met retroactively.
