Oh, right, explaining, yeah:

"After you have been placed in a division, you will not be able to move to the other division. Any complaining after it is set will not be tolerated in this thread." and "Don't publicly complain about what divisions people are placed in. If you publicly complain about your own placement, you WILL be moved up." kinda conflict for one.

Also, that first part is basically saying don't bitch about your placement in this thread. Take it to PMs or message me on AIM, otherwise you'll be moved up a division haha.

Also, just to clarify, division placements are officially set at the start of Round 1. They can be changed until the beginning of Round 1.
