Depends on the difficulty of the song IMO. If it's a VC,FMO or FGO I would say yes. If it's around the same difficulty level of round 1 then no.

Hmmmm, well i was wondering because a few of the more elite players that registered did not submit.
The idea is to have the whole field capable of submitting the winning bid, being anything up to a bf or AAA. So a second division would be something of a difficulty split of <4 and 7< (if that makes any sense)

Would like to see this idea get more attention as i'm considering making this a weekly event with subbie prizes

I realise that the sign-up period was a little long for this round. I was hoping for a bigger turn-out...

Some tourney's being run have less of a kitty for 3 times the players... TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!! This round will be the test as to whether or not these become weekly subbie giveaways!!!
