It says that in the bottom that people of his level can't join unless others of his level join, because it'd be like Laggy joining the beginners division in a tournament.


If we do get others of his skill level, I'll create another division for them.

does Average rank play a role?

if it doesn't put me in Expert. I don't know why but, I feel like I'll get far since I have improved alot since last year. (If there's no blue noteskins or synthlight files or Kyle Ward's files or Eaststdeman's files, then I'm good ^^;...)

So, I have a question about the style of one handing in this tournament...

Is one hand four fingers okay? Or is this strictly one hand three?
