See this is what happens when terrible players play terribly and beat even worse players and then start to think that they have valid builds/strategies/~*~theorycrafting~*~ etc.

You know you've played too much FFR when you're tempted to try it on your partner's privates.
^ Have thought about it, Have tried it, They throughly enjoyed it, Nuff said
Dont know if you noticed, you have ONI, hmmmmmm. FFR MASTER DEGREE, no expert for you xD
LOL! Masters degrees are pretty hard to fit in expert but some people are like that. We'll see how everyone is placed once friday or saturday roll around next week
I know everyone has probably gotten over this topic by now, but I think anyone can be in the tournaments. (as long as they are not cheating in anyway) Just because people are mad cause they don't think they can beat certain people, doesn't mean that person can't be in the tournament. Apparently, if some people have their way, the best of the best players would not be allowed to play tournaments. I find that ludicrous.

That's how I view things. I want this tournament to be open to ALL people. Not just the best or the worst. I want a playable tournament by all. Unless they are a proven KNOWN cheater, then I won't let them in. Otherwise, I allow all in. Regardless of skills.
As I brought up repeatedly in the official tourney thread: In a tournament that is completely open, with no qualifying rounds to earn your way in, MOST ENTRANTS HAVE NO CHANCE TO WIN
Even in beginner, I'm not going to win this tourney, I know it, there's absolutely no chance that I'm going to somehow manage to win. That's what I get for entering a tourney that has no qualifications on entry.
If you can't handle the idea that in the bracket of "Legitimately intermediate players" the bottom end are nowhere near as good as the top end, then you ought not to take part in this kind of tournament.
