Press the printscreen button for the screenshot, then go to Paint, hit Ctrl V, and it should pop up there. Then save it as a PNG, name it whatever you want, upload it at either "photobucket" or "imageshack", then post link here with "[ img ] [ / i mg ]" around the link.(without the spaces)
