I mean it's mostly a requirement to deter bots and people that most likely won't play.

I think people can be exempt if they are known to the community right?

I doubt this requirement will be adhered to, or there may be a shitstorm? There are a bunch of new D7-8 players that have like 25 plays. SillyFanGirl for instance has like 400 plays and no where near 200 unique songs. Will they be exempt? Hmm..

D8 is exempt because it's top division

I recently got some flak for sending fixes to a chart before it was judged and I don't want to be even more of an asshole in asking for special treatment now either lol

But yes the primary purpose was to deter alt accounting (1000 played) and give us more data for placements (200 unique). We know who you are choof :P

The credit system here reminds me a lot of the blue essence system (formerly known as influence points) in LoL:

There's too much currency and not enough things to spend it on...
